As our valued customer, Nader Homes will guide you through the entire building/remodeling process: from concept, design, planning and execution through the finishing touches, using a team of creative designers and unrivaled craftsmen. Nader Homes uses an integrated design/build approach, providing our customers with creative design solutions through our architectural services, or collaborating with a customer’s architect. We serve as the interface to and provide the management of all the trades involved in completing your project, giving you one simple point of contact.

The Nader Homes Management Team

	George A. Nader, PE President In his role as founder and president, George sets the tone, ethics, and character for the entire organization. Nader Homes is a lifelong dream of George's, built on the desire to bring professionalism, integrity and creativity to the residential building industry. His role in the company is foremost running the business operations and setting the standards for design and execution. He works closely with his clients to help them realize their vision in a unique, creative and cost-effective manner. George has over 20 years of experience in construction, project management, engineering/architecture, technology, sales, and building and running businesses. He holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Michigan and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey. George also holds several designations from the NAHB: CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler), CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) and CGP (Certified Green Professional).
	Matthew Lucciola, LEED AP Project Designer Under the direction of George Nader and architect Paul Giamonna, Matt is responsible for the day-to-day design aspects of Nader Homes' projects. He has a strong background in engineering, site and structural design, as well as knowledge in sustainable design and building systems. Matt approaches his trade with the viewpoint that architects should not only create artistic designs but should be problem solvers as well. He has five years of hands-on architectural design experience in residential, commercial and public transit facilities. Matt graduated from NJIT and has been LEED AP since 2009.
	Todd Harges Director of Field Operations Todd is a 20 year veteran of the residential construction industry. His duties at Nader Homes encompass all aspects of field operations and project management from scheduling and staffing to material specifications. His charter is to make certain that the team of Nader Homes craftsman and sub-contractors execute in a quality, timely and cost-effective fashion for both the customer and the company. Todd has completed coursework for the Certified Lead Carpenter program through NARI.
	Chris Pape Master Carpenter Chris has been with Nader Homes since the company's inception and excels in finish work, especially custom interiors. He has two decades of experience covering historic restoration, custom cabinet and furniture creation, as well as spending many years as a ship's carpenter for the Windjammer cruise line.
	Elizabeth Nader Elizabeth has spent the majority of her professional career in start-up, new venture organizations, helping companies build national sales forces, successfully position products and solutions in their target markets, and quickly create valuable pipelines - all while establishing useful methodologies and strategies to support growing organizations. Elizabeth holds a BA in Business Management and a Masters Certificate in Business Communication.
